DATA CRASH : We Lost EVerything From May 26th to June 11th - Help !

Hellos -
What a week. In three days we somehow managed to have : 1) a hard drive failure causing the loss of ALL e-mails , notes, dates, offers and requests sent between May 26th and June 10th. 2) an e-mail server crash which meant we couldn't check new messages for the past 48 hours. 3) internet failure at the office for two days, so we couldn’t even get online.

Whoever placed the hex on us - you definitely won. Congrats! We have finally fixed everything and are now fully functional.

But after spending close to a combined total of 24 hours of working towards an alternative solution to retrieve our data, we have no other choice but to e-mail you and ask you for this favor.

If you sent us ANYTHING (or we sent you something) between those dates - please, please, please resend it ASAP to make sure that we are aware of it. This includes flea market table requests, show questions etc. As well as date requests, offers and confirmation notes from bands (especially from agents)

Hopefully this is as easy as using your e-mail client (such as outlook / gmail etc.) searching for "sean *at* r5productions *dot* com and fwd'ing the e-mails which you sent and the e-mails that you received from that address during that time period. Thankfully, we do have backup copies of all my work prior to May 26th. Our next back up was scheduled for this evening.

If there is a lesson to be learned - schedule your backups sooner rather than later!

Thanks for your patience and help,
xoxo
