"I can not goto the show this and I purchased Will Call tickets, can I change my name on the will call list to my friends? "

And to this date it's always been "No"
(we asked that your friend use your name)

But we'll be changing this up shortly.....


New Will Call Feature: TicketWeb's latest feature for customers - is the "Change Name at Will Call" option. This feature allows the customer (and only the customer) to change the name for tickets at Will Call.

Changing the name can be done at two points:

(1) During the purchase

(2) Through the customer's MyAccount page.

Customers may only do a name change while tickets are on sale.

So there you go.
Yay !

Jamie From Xiu Xiu Cancel's Solo Shows

We are sad to report that Jamie Stewart from Xiu Xiu has canceled his Saturday September 15th appearance. He plans to tour on his own again "in the future" but for now all tickets will refunded. If you purchased advance tickets via the internet - do nothing, your card will automatically be refunded. If you purchased tickets at Relapse - please bring them back to the store for a full refund.
