No More Advance Tickets For Lady Sovereign !

In case you haven't heard UK's LADY SOVEREIGN signed to Def Jam/Rock-a-fella Recordings yesterday. The signing was completed by the Jigga Man, Jay-Z himself. Once the news hit the internet, everyone and their mother was trying buying tickets to the tiny small Silk City show. To make the show more "fun" and "fair" - we have decided to stop selling advance tickets. There are still PLENTY Of tickets left (over half) but it was obvious that it was going to sell out in advance and we think Silk City isnt the kind of place that should have a sold out show in advance.

So what we are going to do is open doors a hour early at 9pm. If you want to make 100% sure that you get in for the show, just arrive at 9pm and your wish will be granted !

Iclandic Band NIX NOLTES (feat mems of Mum) Added To Animal Collective Show

The Nine (or sometimes Ten) Member collective The Nix Noltes have been added to March 22nd's ANIMAL COLLECTIVE show. Hailing from Iceland they feature Kristin Anna Valtysdóttir who is the primary singer of MUM . We'll have MP3s up soon !

Boston's DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR on Bridge Nine Records and Philadelphia's HOW IT ENDS on Throp Records have been added to tomorrow's MADBALL show at The First Unitarian Church

Okay so we are really now using this thing now for new show annoucemnts. Bands being added or dropped off of bills etc. We'll sneak on show annoucements here before anywhere else to get people to look at this !

SHOW ANNOUNCEMENT :
We Just added two additional shows in January. A sort of "mini-Pointless fest" for some of the bands were supposed to play back in August. We are flying in HardSkin (the jokey oi band) from the UK as well as Dillinger Four. The line up is looking solid but has not be finalized :
