Field Music Say "EFF YOU" Philadelphia And Cancel Gig
UK's FIELD MUSIC have canceled their US tour and upcoming Friday March 30th appearance with MENOMENA at Johnny Brendas . We are really bummed because that new album is seriously REALLLLY good - but alas there is nothing we can do.
Menomena are the headliners - so of course the show will still be going on (and no we dont need any openers!) but if you purchased a ticket expecting to see them and now you would like a full refund - please get in touch via e-mail or calling ticketweb and we'll fix ya up in a jiffy.

They also canceld the DC show. Does anyone know why? I am so bummed.
Yes, I asked them at Bowery and they got a chance to play on a BBC show, which would give they more exposure in the UK. They didn't want to cancel, but seeing that they are struggling to make a living as a band, they needed to seize the opportunity. So I would cut them some slack.
