LIARS PROMISE TO COME BACK (maybe?)

As I am sure everyone knows by now (lead story on Pitchfork and a flood of e-mails in our in box as to why we didn't do the show) - LIARS had their show canceled on them by the TLA (a Clear Channel / Live Nation / Electric Factory Concerts Venue) due to poor advance sales. (from our understanding somewhere around 50 to 80 tickets). The new TLA holds approx 1100 people - so it probably was for the best. We have received quite a few e-mails and IM's about why the show wasn't with us to begin with (the new album really is amazing)

Well rest assured LIARS have kinda-sorta-promised to come back :

Thanks so much for offering to help. We can't do it after Avalon...we've booked flights back to our respective homes already as well as arranged for van travel for our gear to head back to L.A.

We may be doing the US again in the Fall. Whether this goes down or not, thanks again, and next time we do Philly, we'll make sure it's with you, rather than just assuming it is.
